One is entitled to the basic right of working once he’s born. Whether he is qualified to survive this world depends on how serious he treats his work. What one lacks in capability can be made up from professional dedication, and through that skills can be improved and excellence can be achieved, even without inborn talents. Comparatively, if one doesn’t treat his work properly, he will lose trust of his colleagues and supervisors, and eventually more potential opportunity to show his talent. His credibility will be compromised if he is ever assigned another mission or another job. If one treats his work seriously, in turn new opportunities will present themselves to him down the road. This is a healthy development of career. Professional dedication is never about working for a boss only, but more about planning and preparing for one’s own future career.
